Clear Creek School is a one-school elementary district located in rural Nevada County serving the communities of Grass Valley and Penn Valley. The school was established in 867 and is the oldest, continually operating school in the county. Clear Creek School currently serves 108 students in grades K-8^th.

With the class sizes well below the state average, Clear Creek is able to provide a superior education. Students will be attending school in a friendly environment where students know one another by name, regardless of class. Also, there are many opportunities for parents to become involved at the school.

The staff of Clear Creek is highly dedicated to the development, nurturing, and future of our students. Clear Creek offers old school charm and a personal touch along with strong academic programs that prepare students for the challenges of our modern world.
