Dragonfly Studio is a comfortable place to learn and experience the healing effects of yoga and massage.Yoga will reduce stress, stimulate internal organ function, increase immune response, and limber muscles and joints. Yoga brings energy and oxygen to the body, making one feel more alert, joyful and more at peace. It can help with body pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression and spiritual growth. Classes are open to all levels and all ages. The first class is free, enabling you to find the style and time that best suits your needs.

Massage can be healing from the pure physical body to the emotional and spiritual level. It can relieve physical ailments pain and bring an overall sense of well being.
