Jane Rivar, Flanders Setchel and all the sponsors and volunteers certainly made a difference in the Penn Valley Community. Twilight Night was not only a glorious realization of the dreams held by those who built the Pavilion in Western Gateway Park; it was a successful benefit event that has resulted in a $4,600 donation to the Park!
