Vee and Matt Proietti

Longtime Realtors Matt and Vee Proietti work in Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty’s Penn Valley Office. Previously, they were members of the Coldwell Banker sales staff in Lake Arrowhead, Calif., a resort community in the San Bernardino Mountains east of Los Angeles. The Proietties built a home in Penn Valley adjacent to Vee’s mother, Ellie Paul, in 2006.

Vee Proietti, a Realtor for 18 years, was born into a real estate sales family. Her late father, Bob Paul, was a founding partner in the San Fernando Valley firm of Paul, White and Carnahan, which grew to include more than 20 offices. Two of her brothers are co-owners of a real estate office in their native Burbank. Matt Proietti joined his wife in real estate sales in 1998 after a career in journalism. A Massachusetts native, he moved to California in 1985 while working as a military journalist and remains a member of Air Force Reserve. Coldwell Banker has recognized them annually for their sale s production and they enjoy helping clients here.

The Proietties, who have three grown children and a grandson, have long histories in community service which has already continued here with Vee serving as member of the Nevada County Grand Jury and Matt joining the American Legion. Vee was a two-term chamber of commerce president and founded a bluegrass music festival in 1991, while Matt is a past president pf a Rotary Club.
